Proposals will be received by Swanton Local School District,108 N. Main Street, Swanton, Ohio 43558, until 4:00 PM EST, Tuesday, February 17, 2026 RFP submission deadline. An RFP is not a bid and will not be read at a public opening.
A vendor informational meeting will be held at Swanton High School, 601 N. Main St, Swanton, OH 43558. The meeting will take place at 3:00 p.m. EST, Friday, January 16, 2026. This location will allow vendors to see how the current devices are being utilized and ask additional questions pertaining the to proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in the proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any vendor.
